These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the HashRate USDT Miner Simulator mobile application for iOS, bundle identifier com.hashrate.mine.simulator.ek (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”), developed and operated by REAL ROYAL FAMILY FOUNDATION (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Application.
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. About the Application
HashRate USDT Miner Simulator is a fictional cryptocurrency hash-rate and mining simulation created solely for entertainment, educational, and informational purposes.
The Application allows users to:
• Start simulated hash-rate cycles
• View fictional hardware-style telemetry
• Track simulated session history
• Adjust virtual thermal settings (temperature, fan, voltage)
• Try scenario drills that score simulated efficiency
• Participate in virtual daily streaks
• Receive simulated rewards
• Track a virtual Sim USDT balance
• View simulated reward projections
The Application does not provide real cryptocurrency mining or financial services.
2. Simulation-Only Notice
The Application is a simulation only.
It does not:
• Mine real USDT or other cryptocurrency
• Generate real money or cryptocurrency
• Use your device hardware for cryptocurrency mining
• Connect to real mining pools or blockchain nodes
• Provide cloud-mining services
• Connect to cryptocurrency wallets
• Accept deposits or withdrawal requests
• Process cryptocurrency transactions
• Provide financial or investment returns
• Guarantee income, rewards, or profits
All displayed balances, yields, rewards, hash rates, temperatures, voltages, status labels, countdowns, multipliers, and projections are fictional simulator values.
They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged, transferred, sold, redeemed, or converted into real cryptocurrency, cash, products, or services.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application.
If you are under the legal age required to enter into an agreement in your country, you may use the Application only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Application, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use it and agree to these Terms.
4. License to Use the Application
Subject to these Terms, REAL ROYAL FAMILY FOUNDATION grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the Application on a compatible iOS device for personal and non-commercial purposes.
This license does not transfer ownership of the Application or any related intellectual property to you.
Use of the Application through the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the Application or its content, except as required by Apple’s platform rules.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Application only for lawful personal entertainment and informational purposes.
You must not:
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the Application
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract its source code, except where permitted by law
• Bypass or interfere with security or technical restrictions
• Manipulate simulator data to misrepresent it as real cryptocurrency
• Represent virtual balances or rewards as real financial assets
• Use screenshots or content from the Application to deceive or defraud another person
• Claim that REAL ROYAL FAMILY FOUNDATION guarantees cryptocurrency returns
• Use the Application for investment solicitation or financial promotion
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or unauthorized modifications
• Use the Application in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
• Misuse the Application for fraudulent, illegal, or misleading purposes
We may restrict or discontinue access if the Application is used in violation of these Terms.
6. Virtual Balances and Rewards
All Sim USDT balances, yields, streak rewards, multipliers, cycle rewards, and other values displayed within the Application are virtual.
Virtual values:
• Exist only within the simulator
• Have no cash or cryptocurrency value
• Do not represent ownership of USDT
• Cannot be transferred to another user
• Cannot be transferred to a cryptocurrency wallet
• Cannot be exchanged or redeemed
• Are not investments, deposits, or financial assets
• May be changed, reset, or removed at any time
REAL ROYAL FAMILY FOUNDATION has no obligation to compensate users for the loss or reset of virtual simulator data.
7. No Financial Advice
Nothing displayed within the Application constitutes:
• Financial advice
• Investment advice
• Trading advice
• Tax advice
• Legal advice
• Cryptocurrency recommendations
• An offer to buy or sell an asset
• A promise or guarantee of financial returns
The simulated compounding estimator and projected rewards are fictional and must not be used to make financial or investment decisions.
Cryptocurrency activity may involve substantial financial risk. Consult a qualified professional before making financial, investment, tax, or legal decisions.
8. No Real or Background Mining
The Application does not perform real cryptocurrency mining while it is open, minimized, running in the background, or closed.
The Application does not use your device’s CPU, GPU, battery, network connection, or other hardware resources for real mining.
When the Application is reopened, it may calculate elapsed time using locally stored timestamps. This is an offline simulation calculation and does not mean that mining occurred while the Application was closed.
9. Local Data and Progress
Simulator progress may be stored locally on your device, including:
• Virtual Sim USDT balance
• Simulated session history
• Active or completed cycles
• Daily reward streak
• Thermal Lab preferences (temperature, fan, voltage)
• Scenario scores or related progress
• Reward-claim timestamps
• Notice-acceptance preference
• Other Application preferences
You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and protecting locally stored data.
Local data may be lost if you:
• Use Reset Data
• Clear the Application’s storage
• Uninstall the Application
• Reset or replace your device
• Experience device, operating-system, or storage failure
We do not guarantee that simulator progress can be recovered.
10. Reset Data
The Application may provide a Reset Data option.
Using this feature may permanently erase locally stored:
• Virtual balances
• Session logs
• Reward streaks
• Thermal preferences
• Scenario-related progress
• Active simulation cycles
• Related preferences
You are responsible for reviewing any confirmation message before completing a reset. Once deleted, local simulator data may not be recoverable.
11. No User Account
The Application does not currently require or provide a user account.
There is no server-side account, cryptocurrency account, mining account, or wallet associated with your use of the Application.
Your simulator progress is not synchronized with a financial account or blockchain address.
12. Internet, Remote Settings, and External Links
The Application may use an internet connection to:
• Check connectivity
• Load remote configuration (privacy/terms links, support email, and notice settings) via Firebase Remote Config
• Open Privacy Policy, Terms, or other links in Safari or another browser
The Application may contain links to external pages, including:
• Privacy Policy
• Terms and Conditions
• Support resources
REAL ROYAL FAMILY FOUNDATION does not control and is not responsible for:
• Third-party websites or applications
• Their content or availability
• Their privacy or security practices
• Transactions or communications conducted through them
• Loss or damage resulting from their use
Accessing an external service is subject to that service’s own terms and privacy policy.
13. Intellectual Property
The Application, including its code, design, graphics, interface, animations, icons, text, branding, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to REAL ROYAL FAMILY FOUNDATION and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Application without prior written permission.
“USDT,” “Tether,” “Apple,” “App Store,” and other third-party product names, platform names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The use of such terms within the Application is descriptive and part of the simulated interface. It does not imply ownership, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
14. No Affiliation
HashRate USDT Miner Simulator and REAL ROYAL FAMILY FOUNDATION are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by:
• Tether Operations Limited
• Cryptocurrency exchanges
• Cryptocurrency wallets
• Blockchain networks
• Mining companies or mining pools
• Banks or financial institutions
• Government authorities
• Apple Inc. (except distribution through the Apple App Store under Apple’s standard platform terms)
The Application does not represent an official USDT, Tether, blockchain, or cryptocurrency service.
15. Application Availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time.
Features, designs, virtual values, rewards, calculations, and compatibility may change without prior notice.
We do not guarantee that:
• The Application will always be available
• Every feature will work on every device
• Simulator progress will never be lost
• The Application will be free from errors
• External links will remain available
• Future versions will support older devices
Updates may be required to continue using the Application.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
REAL ROYAL FAMILY FOUNDATION makes no warranties regarding:
• Accuracy or completeness
• Reliability or availability
• Performance or compatibility
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Error-free or uninterrupted operation
• Preservation of simulator progress
• Real-world financial results
Your use of the Application is at your own discretion and risk.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REAL ROYAL FAMILY FOUNDATION will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from:
• Your use or inability to use the Application
• Loss of locally stored simulator progress
• Reliance on simulated values or projections
• Misunderstanding virtual rewards as real assets
• Financial or investment decisions
• Device failure or data loss
• Third-party websites or services
• Unauthorized or unlawful use of the Application
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
18. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
• Using the Application lawfully
• Understanding that it is only a simulator
• Not presenting virtual values as real assets
• Protecting your device from unauthorized access
• Reviewing external services before using them
• Consulting qualified professionals before making financial decisions
You agree not to rely on the Application as proof of cryptocurrency ownership, mining activity, income, or investment performance.
19. Privacy
Your use of the Application is also governed by the HashRate USDT Miner Simulator (iOS) Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how local simulator data, remote configuration, and support contact information are handled.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect:
• Changes to Application functionality
• Changes to applicable laws or policies
• Security or operational improvements
• Changes to our business practices
Updated Terms will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of the Application after updated Terms become effective means that you agree to the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using and uninstall the Application.
21. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or REAL ROYAL FAMILY FOUNDATION.
You may terminate your agreement by stopping use and uninstalling the Application.
We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Application if:
• You violate these Terms
• Your use creates legal or security risks
• Continued operation becomes commercially or technically impractical
• Required by law or an application-distribution platform
Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and user responsibility will survive termination where applicable.
22. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or modified only to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable under applicable law.
23. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by the applicable laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India, unless applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
