The Application may record local timestamps to calculate how much time passed while the Application was closed or running in the background.
When the Application is opened again, it may use these locally stored timestamps to resume or complete an active simulation cycle.
This calculation is performed locally on your device. It does not involve actual hardware mining, cloud mining, blockchain processing or background exploitation of your device.

9. Data Retention and Deletion
Simulator information remains stored locally on your device until you:
Use the “Purge Vault” or reset option within the Application
Clear the Application’s data through device settings
Uninstall the Application
The Purge Vault feature may permanently reset locally stored:
Virtual balances
Simulation-cycle history
Reward streaks
Multiplier progress
Related simulator preferences
Because the Application does not provide user accounts or store simulator data on NBV App Studio’s servers, there is no server-side account to delete.
Your device’s operating-system backup settings may separately back up or restore app data. Such backup functionality is controlled by your device platform and account settings.
Support emails may be retained for a reasonable period to respond to requests, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations.

10. Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all future processing by the Application by uninstalling it through your device settings or mobile application marketplace.

11. Security
NBV App Studio uses reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information voluntarily submitted through support communications.
Simulator data is stored locally within the Application’s storage area.
However, no method of electronic storage or communication is completely secure. Therefore, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
12. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13.
NBV App Studio does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
Because the Application does not require registration or request personal information, children should not submit personal information through support emails or external links.

Does not provide real cryptocurrency rewards
Does not process deposits, withdrawals or financial transactions

All node statuses, hash rates, temperatures, voltages, latency values, cycle yields, multipliers, reward streaks, projected returns and USDT balances displayed in the Application are simulated and have no real-world monetary value.
Terms such as “MAINNET,” “node,” “hash rate,” “mining,” “vault,” “yield,” “reward,” “boost,” “overclock,” “harvest” and “USDT” are used only as part of the fictional simulator interface. They do not represent actual blockchain activity or financial services.
No virtual balance or reward displayed in the Application can be:
Withdrawn
Transferred
Exchanged
Sold
Redeemed for money
Converted into real cryptocurrency
Used to purchase goods or services
The simulated compounding estimator does not predict or represent actual investment returns. It should not be used to make investment or financial decisions.

15. No Background Mining
The Application does not perform mining operations while open, minimized, running in the background or closed.
Offline progress is calculated using locally stored timestamps when the Application is opened again. It does not represent continuous background processing or real mining activity.
The Application does not exploit your device’s CPU, GPU, battery, network connection or other hardware resources for cryptocurrency mining.
