This Privacy Policy explains how REAL ROYAL FAMILY FOUNDATION (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the HashRate USDT Miner Simulator iOS application, bundle identifier com.hashrate.mine.simulator.ek (the “Application”).
By using the Application, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.
1. Summary
• The Application is a simulation only. It does not mine real cryptocurrency or process real USDT payments.
• Most simulator progress is stored locally on your device.
• The Application does not require a user account.
• The Application may use the internet for connectivity checks, remote configuration, and opening links.
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or Apple Tracking for ads in this Application.
2. Information Stored on Your Device
To operate the simulator, the Application may store the following locally (for example using on-device preferences storage):
• Virtual Sim USDT balance and related simulator values
• Simulated session / cycle history
• Daily streak and reward-claim timestamps
• Thermal Lab settings (temperature, fan, voltage)
• Scenario-related progress
• Whether you accepted the simulator notice
• Other in-app preferences needed for basic function
This local data stays on your device unless you choose to clear it (for example Reset Data), uninstall the Application, or clear app storage through iOS settings.
We do not operate a user account server that syncs this simulator progress as a financial or wallet account.
3. Information Processed Through Network / Third-Party Services
When your device is online, the Application may:
• Perform simple connectivity checks
• Fetch remote configuration using Firebase Remote Config (Google)
• Open Privacy Policy, Terms, or other URLs in Safari or another browser
• Display a support email address that you may copy on your device
3.1 Firebase Remote Config
We use Firebase Remote Config to load non-personal app settings such as:
• Privacy Policy URL
• Terms and Conditions URL
• Support email text
• Whether to show the simulator notice
Firebase / Google may process technical identifiers and diagnostic information needed to deliver remote configuration (for example app instance / device-related identifiers used by the Firebase SDK). This is used for app functionality, not for personalized advertising in this Application.

3.2 Support Email
If you email us for support, you voluntarily provide the information in that email (such as your email address and message content). We use that information only to respond to your request and related support needs.
3.3 External Links
If you open Privacy Policy, Terms, or other links, those pages are governed by their own policies. We do not control third-party websites.
4. Information We Do Not Collect by Design
The Application does not request or intentionally collect:
• Name, phone number, or postal address as part of signup (there is no account signup)

• Local simulator data: retained on your device until you reset it, clear app data, or uninstall the Application.

• Remote Config technical data: retained according to the service provider’s practices and our operational needs.
8. Security
We take reasonable steps appropriate to the nature of a local simulator app. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting access to your device.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
10. International Processing
Service providers such as Google Firebase may process data on servers outside your country. By using the Application online features, you understand that such processing may occur subject to applicable law and the provider’s terms.
11. Your Choices
• Use Reset Data in the Application to clear local simulator progress
• Uninstall the Application to remove local app data from your device (subject to iOS behavior)
• Disable network access for the Application in iOS settings if you do not want remote configuration fetches (some features or links may not work)

12. Apple App Privacy Labels
Apple App Store privacy labels describe categories of data that may be collected. For this Application, disclosure typically includes technical identifiers used by Firebase Remote Config for app functionality, and does not include tracking for advertising. Exact labels may be updated if our practices change.
13. Simulation Disclaimer (Privacy Context)
Virtual balances and rewards shown in the Application are fictional simulator values with no cash value. They are not financial account data and are not evidence of real cryptocurrency ownership.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when we publish updates. Continued use of the Application after an update means you accept the revised Policy where permitted by law. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the Application.
